At Bare Haven, our goal is to create a calm and respectful experience for every guest. These policies help us care for your time, our energy, and the experience of everyone in our space.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

Appointments missed without notice will be charged the full service fee to the card on file.

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment, as seating in the common areas is limited.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no show and automatically canceled.

I understand that unexpected situations can arise and I am always happy to accommodate when possible. Please feel free to reach out if you need to make adjustments.

We are a referral based studio for male clients.

At this time, new male bookings are accepted by referral only.

To help maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all guests and to be respectful of the other service providers within Zara House, children and additional guests are not permitted during appointments unless they are receiving a scheduled service.
